Etnia Barcelona was founded by David Pellicer by the end of the 90's. In 1920 his grandfather, Fulgencio Ramo, created the idea and transmitted it to his family. David wanted to differentiate his brand from the rest, and for this he added colour to its frames in order to highlight them.
