PURCHASE PROCESS
Yes, all the glasses we sell are original. We’ve been working with the official suppliers and manufacturers of each brand for more than 20 years.
We are certified distributors for the most important brands in the sector.
All the glasses we sell come with a 2-year warranty. Please note that the warranty covers damage caused by a material or manufacturing defect.
Each case will be assessed by our experts to determine the resolution.
Important: Damage caused by misuse or external causes is not covered.
All glasses have three measurements determining their size, in millimetres:
Diameter: This measurement indicates the width of the glass.
Bridge: This is the width of the glasses in the nose area.
Temple length: This measurement indicates the total length of the rod. Most manufacturers work with three sizes, 135, 140 and 145 mm. With 140 mm being the most common.
These measurements are usually engraved on the inside of one of the glasses temples or on the inside of the front by the nose area.
The total width of the glasses is calculated approximately according to the following formula:
(2x Diameter)+(Bridge measurement) = Overall width.
Real Example: 2x (54mm)+(17mm) = 125mm
In some cases, depending on the glasses design, this measurement may vary by 10 mm.

- Treatment damaged due to chemical exposure, such as: hairspray, cleaning liquids containing alcohol or any abrasive product.
- Leaving glasses in the sun at high temperatures for long periods of time. Example: Leaving them in the glove box of the car, in the sun.

Product availability is indicated below the description.
You’ll find two options of availability:
“PRODUCT IN STOCK. IMMEDIATE SHIPPING”, it means the glasses are in our warehouse and ready to be shipped.
“AVAILABLE FOR ORDER”, which means that after making the purchase, we’ll order the glasses from the manufacturer. After receiving the product in our warehouse, we’ll send it to your home.
The estimated delivery time is between 15 and 20 days.
There’s no need to register. You can make the purchase as a guest.
Although if you complete the purchase as a registered user, you’ll benefit from being able to access a user profile. From there, you’ll be able to print invoices and track your order.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE! Once an order has been shipped, changing the delivery address can be more complicated. However, we’ll still try to help you do so.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Yes, you can return both sunglasses and prescription glasses. Customized products are not included.
For prescription glasses, we’ll only be able to compensate for the cost of the frame, as we only accept substitutions for glasses. You can find out more in the prescription glasses returns section.

You’ll need to pay the cost of return shipping in the following cases only:
- If you want to substitute one pair of glasses for another.
- If you want to return the glasses because you weren’t happy with them or because you just changed your mind about the purchase.
You will NOT have to pay shipping costs in the following cases:
- If the product you received has any defects.
- If the product you received is not the one you purchased.
You will have 30 days to request a return. All you need to do is contact our customer service department.
Prescription contact lenses are a personalized product, made exclusively for the customer.
Because of this, they can only be returned because of manufacturing defects or errors from our side during the process.
You have 30 days from when you receive your order to exchange or return your glasses.
Yes, you can exchange your glasses no matter the price. Please note that you will have to pay the difference for higher priced models.
If you wish to exchange your glasses for a lower priced model, the difference will be paid to you via the original payment method.
REFUNDS
If you’ve changed your mind and your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel an order and request a refund.

We’ll cancel and refund your order within 24 to 48 hours. You’ll receive the amount you paid via the same payment method you used for the purchase.
We’ll check the glasses when they arrive at our warehouse. Once the reason for the return has been confirmed.
